This sauce is great on fish tacos – or just with chips!
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, powdered
- juice from 1 lime
- salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together and blend in food processor or blender.
